Elnur Aliyev is Strategic Advisor for Corporate and Business Development at OncoVerity. Elnur has over 10 years of experience across healthcare investment banking, strategic finance, capital markets, and company building. He is currently Vice President of Finance at Machnet Medical Robotics, a London-based surgical robotics company, where he leads strategic finance, investor readiness, business planning, and growth infrastructure. Before that, Elnur was a member of Morgan Stanley’s Healthcare Investment Banking team in San Francisco and London, advising public and private healthcare companies on more than $5 billion of mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and strategic transactions across biotechnology, surgical robotics, medtech, diagnostics, and life sciences tools. Prior to that, he worked in life science tools and diagnostics equity research at Cowen and in private equity at the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
